Terms & Conditions

Terms (Credit Policies):

• 2% – 15 days/net 30 days on approved credit;
• C.O.D. – pick-up orders;
• Products “flagged by” (*) are not eligible for any further discounts or allowance;
• Discounts are not accepted past the 15-day period;
• A service charge of 2% per month will be levied on all overdue accounts; and
• No orders will be processed on overdue accounts or if an account exceeds its credit limit.

Orders:

• Phone;
• E-Mail; and/or
• Online.

Methods of Payments:

• Credit Card(s): 2.7% charge on orders of $10,000 or greater;
• Debit;
• Net 30-day terms to be approved;
• E-transfer: accountspayable@simplysereneinc.com; and/or
• EFT/Wire Transfer – banking details required (bank, branch, account, swift code).

Shipping:

• C.O.D.;
• F.O.B. – customers location;
• Prepaid – minimum order weight of 350 kg’s;
• Freight damages or shortages are to be discussed with the carrier at time of delivery;
• No credits will be given by Simply Serene Inc. for any discrepancies on products shipped;
• Should a tailgate and/or inside deliveries be required then additional charges could occur;
• Special delivery requirements could accrue additional charges.

Freight Rates:

(within the GTA – Mississauga north to Richmond Hill and east to Pickering/Ajax). Freight rates outside of this geographic area will be determined based on the destination, as follows:

• 4 kg’s – 120 kg’s – $65.00.
• 121 kg’s – 235 kg’s – $55.00.
• 236 kg’s – 349 kg’s – $45.00.
• 350 kg’s – pre-paid.

Product Returns:

• No returns will be accepted without contacting our Marketing or Customer Care Departments to obtain a return materials authorization number. Products returned without a proper authorization form will not be accepted into our warehouse.
• There is a 15-day return policy, and the product(s) must be in the same condition when purchased.
• We will not accept opened cases for credit.
• All authorized “returned goods” will be subject to a minimum 25% Re-Stocking Charge.

Sales Tax (Ontario only):

• GST is not included in any prices shown.
• All other applicable taxes will be added separately.

General Terms:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice;
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or allocate the supply of goods; and
• Invoice prices are those shown in effect at the time of shipment.
